The gap is not knowing, it is executing

Most traders do not blow up because they lacked another indicator. They blow up when a normal trade becomes an oversized one, a red trade becomes a revenge entry, or the open turns into five rushed decisions.

  • Oversize in seconds

A position that exceeds your own limit can turn one bad read into a day-changing loss.

  • Re-enter before you reset

After a loss, the urge to win it back does not wait for a warning notification.

  • The First 30 spiral

The open moves fast. That is exactly when your rules need to be hardest to ignore.

RiskCop is designed to make your written rules operational

No picks. No forecasts. No promise to find the next winner. Just a faster path between the limits you set and the orders you place.

  1. Set your playbook

Start with the limits you already believe in: max size, max loss, and cooldown timing.

  2. Trade through a protected flow

RiskCop is being built to check an order against your rules before it becomes another avoidable mistake.

  3. See the rule behind the moment

Blocked and completed trades are tagged back to the rule that mattered, so your review has context, not just P&L.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not require connecting a brokerage account.

Built for traders who know their edge

RiskCop is for IBKR day traders who already have rules, but lose discipline in the moment.

  • The oversizer

Knows the max position size and breaks it anyway when a setup looks too good to pass up.

  • The revenge trader

Re-enters within minutes of a loss, before any plan says it is time to trade again.

  • The opening-bell trader

Makes rushed decisions in the first 30 minutes, when speed outruns the rules on paper.

Questions, answered

Does this work with my broker?

RiskCop is being designed for IBKR workflows specifically. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Interactive Brokers, and broker connection is not available yet.

Is RiskCop a signal service or trading bot?

No. RiskCop does not pick stocks, predict prices, or place trades for you. It is a constraint tool built to enforce the rules you already wrote for yourself.

What will it cost?

A free tier is planned for post-trade rule tagging and review. A paid Guardrails tier, planned at $29 a month, is planned to add real-time order blocking, cooldowns, and First 30 mode.

When can I start using it?

RiskCop is in development. Joining the waitlist is the way to hear first when pilot spots open for IBKR day traders.

What happens with my email?

We send early-access updates only, nothing else. No trade alerts, no picks, no spam, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Is this investment advice?

No. RiskCop is a user-defined risk-management tool in development. It does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or guarantees against loss.
